Our team has achieved some amazing things in the last 12 months, but the excitement isn’t over quite yet… We’re looking forward to the new year and all the wonderful things that are still yet to happen (like big festivals and events!).
Before the clock strikes midnight on 31st December, let’s take a look at our top predictions and hopes for 2022.

Our Operations Director, Kieran, recently said that 2022 is going to be the biggest festival season to date and I couldn’t agree more. I believe that next year’s festivals will be the biggest the UK has ever seen. Icons and legends from all over the world will fill stages, joined by amazing new talent, special effects and eager crowds ready to enjoy summer in a field.
The staffing shortage will be mitigated (Max, Head of Client Partnerships)
I think there will still be a labour shortage, but it won’t be as bad as it is now. On top of needing funds for tuition and accommodation, students will need money for upcoming festivals and events. Without a doubt, they’ll be looking for flexible work. Until then, we just have to hope that the government will step up and change its immigration policies for the better.
We’re optimistic about the new year (Millie, Social Media Executive)
I hope the new year doesn’t come with tight restrictions so that festivals and events can go ahead without any problems – something we’re all looking forward to next summer! As with everyone else on our team, I’m optimistic about 2022 and I think that it’s going to be an amazing year. I genuinely can’t wait to see it all unfold before my eyes.

hap will no doubt continue to rapidly grow and expand over the next 12 months, and we’re all looking forward to what the new year brings. I can see us taking over more temporary bars and operations within stadiums and events across the country, especially in the summer. We’ll also be a massive player at the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games – an event we’re all looking forward to watching (at least, I am!).
